ABSTRACT
Cases of bullous pemphigoid following Covid-19 vaccines have been recently reported. We describe herein an atypical case of acral bullous pemphigoid after Pfizer BionTech vaccine. Clinicians should be aware of this reaction and encourage full vaccination as the disease displays a rapid improvement treatment.

Although lungs represent the main target of the SARS-CoV2, the novel virus may affect other tissues. In the pandemic context, unexplained cutaneous ischemic lesions would be suggestive of the infection and should draw attention to a serious course of the disease.

SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19), is associated with flares of psoriasis in patients with well-documented disease. Both viral infection and medications used for treatment, like hydroxychloroquine, were incriminated. Herein, we report the case of a 25-year-old patient who presented a first-onset guttate psoriasis following COVID19.
